1. About The Point Resort Lembongan

The Point Resort Lembongan is a boutique resort located at Mushroom Bay, Nusa Lembongan, Bali, Indonesia. These terms govern your use of our website and any reservation made directly through it.

Reservations made through third-party platforms (such as Booking.com or Agoda) are subject to those platforms' own terms in addition to ours.

2. Reservations

Bookings made via our website are processed through our booking partner, booknbali.com. A reservation is confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation email and any required deposit payment has been successfully processed.

Room rates, availability, and minimum-stay requirements are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. You are responsible for any foreign-exchange fees charged by your bank or card provider.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe via booknbali.com. We do not store full card details on our servers. Major credit and debit cards are accepted.

A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, as indicated during checkout. By completing a reservation, you authorise the charge of any cancellation or no-show fees as described in sections 4 and 5. A failed payment means no reservation is confirmed.

Some room types may allow payment on arrival; this will be clearly noted during the booking process.

4. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation terms are displayed before you confirm your booking. In general:

• Free cancellation period: Cancellations made within the window shown at booking will receive a full deposit refund.
• Late cancellation: Cancellations outside the free window may forfeit the deposit or incur a charge up to the full stay amount, per the policy shown at booking.
• Non-refundable rates: Some promotional rates are non-refundable once booked. This is clearly labelled before payment.
• Refund processing: Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within several business days, depending on your card issuer.
• Force majeure: In the event of natural disasters, government-mandated travel restrictions, or similar extraordinary circumstances, we will work with you on rescheduling or a credit toward a future stay.

To cancel, log in to your booknbali.com account, navigate to your reservations, and follow the cancellation steps. A confirmation email will be sent. If you encounter difficulties, contact us directly by email or WhatsApp.

5. No-Show Policy

A no-show occurs when a guest fails to arrive on the confirmed check-in date without prior cancellation. In this case, we reserve the right to charge up to the full value of the first night, or the full stay, per the policy shown at the time of booking.

If you were unable to arrive due to a travel disruption, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess options.

6. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: from 2:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and may be arranged in advance.
• Check-out: by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
• Valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for all guests.

7. Property Rules

Guests are expected to respect the property, other guests, and staff at all times. We reserve the right to ask guests to vacate without refund in cases of damage to property, excessive noise, or conduct that disturbs the comfort or safety of others.

Smoking is not permitted in rooms. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

Pets are not permitted on the property.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Point Resort Lembongan is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your stay or use of this website. Our total liability in connection with any reservation is limited to the amount you paid for that reservation.

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safe and to take out appropriate travel insurance.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including photographs, text, logos, and design — is the property of The Point Resort Lembongan or its licensors. Reproduction or use for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from a reservation or stay will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bali, Indonesia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your home jurisdiction provide otherwise.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this website or a confirmed reservation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
